Because is an easy destination in Costa Rica where to spot birds. It is easy to reach from La Fortuna - Arenal Volcano, from Bijagua - Tenorio Volcano (Rio Celeste), from Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí. Driving your car for a couple of hours and you are there.
Because is easy to take a tour and enjoy birding and wildlife all the time because all the tours are by boat. You do not have to walk around, just focus on spotting birds, caimans, monkeys, iguanas, sloths, basilisks,s, and so on.
